SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE IN LA BONANOVA

This project corresponds to an isolated building whose renovation turns the lower floor with its basement condition into a garage, a cellar, a pantry and an iron room by filling the land in open areas; the program is maintained on the ground floor adding the entrance hall, the first floor reduces the number of rooms to two to include the bathroom and dressing rooms and a room, the second has a large room with dressing room and bathroom, and two terraces. Finally the covered floor is configured by the ladder skylight, a quartet of elevator machines and facilities. In the facades there is a change in the arrangement of the openings due to the differences that exist in the interior distribution. The materials of the facade are: iron, glass and natural stone.
