HOUSING IN PASEO DE GRACIA

The pre-existing building, on which we have added two floors up to the height of neighboring buildings, is a construction of the year 1872. The design criterion for this façade, already much more current than the original on the street was to extend the same original treatment in the floors that are built again. The forged edge has been covered with cast iron plates, with relief, and have been copied, slightly stylized railings and cast iron pillars. The building blocks have been earth-colored, and the metallic elements have been painted with “oxirón”.
